It bears repeating. :( No one should feel like that is the only option they have left. Suicide. Robin Williams death? This is heartbreaking to me. Ive heard it said, those who laugh the hardest, and bring the most laughter to others....cry the most. I can relate to that. BUT, even in some of the deepest, most troubling, and agonizing times in my life. I could never inflict the heart ache brought about by suicide on my family. Id never leave them with the agony of grief! Id rather create positive methods of coping. When possible. I have been to that black abyss called depression, and Ive come out. Thankfully, due in large part to my strong mind. The moment I feel that creeper sneaking up on me, & my thoughts begin to spiral to dark, sad & lonely despairing places. I immediately go to my happy thoughts bank. Soon, I discover those overwhelming dark thoughts dissipate. I will not lay down, I will not go quietly. I will plant daisies in the fields of my soul instead.
