It can be hard to stay motivated. Heres 5 easy ways to boost your willpower and motivation - 1. Take a break! Dont wear yourself down completely. Be sure to take 30 minutes a day to chill (tv time doesnt count). 2. Reward yourself. Give yourself rewards when you reach a goal mark, such as half a stone. 3. Remind yourself of your goals every day. Use a vision board at home. Set your phone and laptop wallpaper to something that inspires you. 4. Listen to an audiobook or music that motivates you on the way to work. 5. Have a friend to train with. If there are two or more of you doing it together then you can all hold each other accountable.
