It can never be acceptable for Universities to evict students cause they owe res fees or expel them midyear because they owe tuition fees. It just cant be! The relationship between University and student is, first and foremost, an academic one. Not a financial one. Put another way, the studentmust not be treated as a tenant or debtor to the University and the latter must not be run like a profit-making business. We must never accept this as normal. It is not. Our leaders, nabo, must speak out and act decisively here.
