It certainly appears to me this officer was way out of line for shooting this young boy as quickly as he did. I certainly hope the Cleveland prosecutor and District attorney bring this up to the Grand Jury. IMAO, I think this officer should be charged with a minimum of Manslaughter up to 2nd degree murder. What a tragic loss of life, and total use of deadly force. He could have shot this young boy in the shoulder which would have ended this. Rather than the boy possibly losing the use of an arm, he lost his life.. The officer needs to pay the consequences for his actions.. Enough already with police out there with a trigger finger..
