It certainly doesnt seem that long ago when it wasnt you but someone elses baby who was handed to me the day we left the hospital! When major surgery at 6 months compelled you to say Mama for the first time, it was both heart-tugging and heart-wrenching. Today, 32 years later, I am delighted you have morphed into a lovely swan whose physical beauty pales compared to the beautiful person you truly are. Firm, fair, reliable and trustworthy, you dont mince words but keep your word. Do you know that the regular emails (composed of a lone sentence with just 2 words!) you continue sending me to this day affirm me more than your sporadic lengthier letters?
