It comes to our attention that one of our unsatisfied client (we will not put up name here) has been putting up bad comments and unfair accusations on us at certain groups/forums. Not going into a long debate on who is right or wrong, but the morale and rule of thumb of this whole hoo-haa is only this... Please notify and send us the PAYMENT SLIP after a payment is made (be it bank transfer or by Paypal). Without this, we wouldnt have known if a payment has been made or not. Wish we had the Jedi mind reader thingy, but unfortunately we are not :p PS: Any input and feedback is welcomed :)
