It continues to be busy with our Emergency Assistance program. Since the last 2-3 weeks, we have been helping 15 individuals/families going through financial crisis. Each has their own hardship - May Allah ease their situation. Last Friday our intervention prevented a middle-aged sister with disability from loosing her shelter and becoming homeless. She was earlier disowned by her family because of her new faith. Today, as we speak, we are helping another family who will get evicted from their home if they dont pay rent by tomorrow 9 AM. Alhamdulillah their rent is on its way and they will go to bed tonight peacefully with dua for all those who helped them to keep their home.
