It doesnt feel like Christmas, I have been hearing often. That means different things to different people. But what that means to me is A spirit of hope is missing in many. In light of all the violence, war, abuse, Depression, hatred, apathy, cynicism, Poverty, hunger, sickness, and death, Where is hope? And in despair I bowed my head. There is no peace on earth I said. The hate is strong and mocks the song, Of peace on earth, good will to man. Hope is in a God we cannot see. Hope is in His Son whom many dont know. I hear Him everyday, above the noise of this earth. I hear the bells ringing, peace on earth. And as the evil escalates, I listen harder in order to hear, Because I must in order to live. Then rang the bells more loud and deep. God is not dead nor does He sleep. The wrong shall fail, the right prevail, With peace on earth, good will to man. He came once. He will come again. There is hope. Then ringing, singing on its way. The world revolved from night to day. A voice, a chime, a chant sublime, Of peace on earth, good will to man.
