It doesnt matter what corporate-owned, government-controlled (muzzled, in #Canada) mainstream media outlets tell you about organics and the scam its supposed to be. Our food affects us on a hormonal level, your body will know within days whether your food is truly organic or if its general junk - you dont *need* anyone elses purchased opinion if you trust your body :D I eliminated all symptoms of menopause, general IBS & body acne by going organic. Ive had more energy, strength & better overall health in the past 5 yrs then Ive had in the past 20 and, its cheaper :) because Im fuller, longer and absorb many more real nutrients from my food so the modern habit of over-indulgence becomes much less of a problem. #Organic #meats, #dairies, condiments, #beers & #wines, veggies, etc are readily available at many mainstream grocery / liquor & beer stores and the pricing is often on par with the run-of-the-mill name-brands that most of us are/were used to. #DIY is great if you have access to local #farmers #markets, it enables you to ask direct questions about the food that is offered. Even just reducing your amount of chemical exposure helps significantly, local #foodandbeverages mean less chemical sprout inhibitors and chemical ripeners on your produce because theyre not being trucked and/or shipped thousands of kilometers/miles. Your body will respond so positively once you feed it a steady stream of clean food that you simply will not need to rely on anyone elses opinion about the legitimacy of the effort you put in to seek it out :D Ever, ever, ever again - the benefits are just enormous
