It doesnt matter who your family is, how prestigious is your name, your title, degree or connections... If you are the next generation leader, taking over a ministry or birthing a brand new one, you NEED mature, senior leaders in your leadership mix! It might amaze you if you got to know them, cultivated a genuine relationship with them and, even though it may seem ridiculous to you, even listened to their wisdom from time to time. God is not about retiring more elderly leaders from leadership. Rather, He wants use their gifts to bring balance and strength in the flow of young ministries He is launching. Its not too late to make some of these adjustments, and see how magnificently God rewards you and blesses your ministries exponentially!! :-)
