It doesnt take much to get spiritually off track or unfocused. Get your gospel on! Saturate your space, your mind with the music and ministry that gets you going like a splash of cool water on the hottest, most miserable day. Not a mist. A splash! Get refreshed and recharged and shake off that heavy cloak of whatever is burdening your spirit. Get up and physically move! Open your mouth and hear the sound of your own voice sing, hum if you have to lol! but praise Him! My medicine today was Victory by Yolanda Adams. Then Riding Through the Storm by Yolanda Adams. CeCe Winans was next. Then Smile by Kirk Franklin. It has not stopped. All day bathing my mind in the melodies of ministry. And yes, they have to hear me at work. Like Mummy says, shake off dull sloth. I grew up hearing her say this. Look it up. Never mind, I got you... Sloth is defined as spiritual or emotional apathy, neglecting what God has spoken, and being physically and emotionally inactive. The Lord gives to me and I give it to you. Love, LV
