It feels good to be back at one’s alma mater. Delivered an invited lecture at 4-week Orientation Programme of UGC-Academic Staff College at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. There were 51 participants (faculty members) from different colleges and universities in India. I was glad to see 3 faculty members from my own college as participants. Delivering a lecture to faculty members/professors/colleagues, that too from diverse disciplines is indeed a challenging task. However, I am happy to engage them for 2 hours and could hold their concentration to the theme that I was talking about. At the end of my presentation, we had a lively discussion. I thank UGC-ASC-JMI for giving me this opportunity.
