It feels like just yesterday that I entered COD as a nervous Freshman. Has 8 years really passed by? My best memories are of walking these halls. I found friends here. We sat on the couch outside the library for hours, doing nothing except pulling each other legs. I found myself here; Id have never known that I had the capability of speaking in front of 400 people - Thank you Indo-Pak Organizations Dhamaal and the whole IPO team of 2007-08! Most of all, thank you to all those people who made COD the best school I could have ever attended! Some of you, I still meet you, and the others that I dont see anymore, you are a beautiful part of my life. Now, COD has changed. The couch is gone. There are no more brown kids making noise outside the library. Everyone I knew is gone. And today time spent at COD is the most beautiful memory for me. Just as I sit in this library reliving my beautiful memories, I hope Aadil, who is right now giving his placement test will also look back 8 years ago with a smile on his face. O, College of Desis, if you begin graduate school, I will happily do Masters even though I dont like doing homework.
