It felt so great to get back into my normal workouts today! First up: Metabolic Effect upper body EDT followed by uphill sprints outside. One of the keys to reshaping my body after dramatic weight loss is lifting HEAVY weights. No 12 lb dumbbells here! I push my body with every workout and I dont fear putting on muscle! It makes my body look tighter and it increases my metabolic rate - bring on the muscle!! The whole thing took less than 40 minutes but it totally kicked my butt! I love efficient, high intensity workouts! (It also felt great to take a nap later!)
