It figures . . . . the injured horse from earlier this year has finally healed the chest wound (thanks to Vetericyn spray gel) to being less than a golf-ball sized area still without hair, and as a result has been allowed into a paddock alone to build up condition before going out with a herd (due to happen tomorrow). So . . . this afternoon the horse has a new puncture wound on the opposite shoulder, most likely from one of the trees in the paddock. Have we mentioned that this horse has never worked a full 6-week riding session in 12 years of being here because of being "accident prone". Unbelievable!!
