It goes something like this... Create a cultural morass where the government actively contributes to the moral and psychological decay of what were once free ethical agents. Through neglectful and concerted efforts, allow them to forget their historical heritage and foster indolent beliefs that their patrimony was based upon evil privilege. Regurgitate the lie over and over that the economic game is racist and rigged towards failure. Steer the dull and credulous away from traditional beliefs and moral structures and replace these institutions with the Leviathan Federal entity. Turn the young away from the classical virtues of: hard work, thrift, foregoing pleasure, chastity, and piety and breed in them the naked venom of entitlement, ingratitude, impatience, and hedonism. Reinforce poisonous governmental dependence with a cultural milieu that trumpets illegitimacy, lust, unbridled violence, and addicts its population to a panorama of images that are designed to inculcate a barbarous soul. Turn educational institutions to Houses of Propaganda that stultify free human inquiry for intellectual horizons that are ideological and soaked in mediocrity. When you have a few generations under your belt and these cultural chickens have come home to roost, declare that the culture cannot be trusted anymore to control itself while you systematically erode political rights. As the citizenry are reduced to subjects and begin turning on themselves, decry our constitutional framework as decadent and dangerous and use the endless supply of man-made human tragedies as justification for more centralized control and the eradication of freedom. While some may howl, the great unwashed multitudes will pay no mind to the boiling water. Remember, never let a good crisis go to waste and eventually you can bring the castle down and set about bringing your City of Man into being.......
