Of course, none of those things will adversely affect the wealthy areas. Nope, these measures purposely discriminate against working class people (many of whom are minorities) who cannot take time away from their jobs to vote. If you cant win on substance, cheat. And while youre cheating, make sure that all your cult following thinks that the other side is cheating, in spite of no evidence to back that up.
