It had come to his attention, that the 1611 KJV contained - TopicsExpress

It had come to his attention, that the 1611 KJV contained teachings that if rightly understood, could expose things he didn’t want exposed, and he was determined not to allow that to happen. Seeds of Confusion were a great weapon, but first they needed to be sown. He plotted and planned for there were things that he knew, after all. He would have his army, by hook or by crook, and if they were not willing conscripts, he would ensnare them by other means. It would be a grand army, marching under a dual banner. Their war cry would be ‘There is no God,’ or ‘God has no son.’ Either would suffice as sweet music to the Commander’s ear. By the end of the twentieth century, his strategy of ‘dropping’ suggestions and innuendos into the minds of the right men at the right time, had achieved the desired result, and the KJV had to a large degree been pushed to one side in favour of modern Versions of the Bible. The particular teachings that had bothered him had all but disappeared. They would now either be misunderstood, or better still, not be found at all. If it had been possible, much more would have ‘disappeared’ from the Bible, but he knew there was a limit to what even he could get away with. There were times when he had to settle for second best, but even second best should serve his purpose well. ‘Men might be gullible,’ he thought, ‘but not that gullible.’
