It happened a moment ago. I have a customer who ask me for free stuffs in my social media circle. One thing to highlight is he is asking for something to be free and it was never a free gift issue. Being nice, I say, it is possible when we are friend. Just last night he contact me on social media again to ask me for free stuffs, and being nice, I told him there will be chances since I am not there to authorize anything. Just a moment ago, he saw me at the company and we exchange some conversation and he drove off. When I left the company, and at a road junction which I have to stop before I can turn safely, I heard a horn and I saw the same guy. I wind down the mirror and he asked me for free stuffs because he got a friend who want to try? He must have U turn thinking the time have come that I am there to authorize the free stuffs. You know? Being chased, horn to wind down the mirror, and ask for free stuffs makes it sounds like i owe him for it. Beside I dont have what he wants in my car, which means if I want, I have to drive back to the company to authorize the free stuffs. Anyway, being a resilient person, I told him i need to rush off and turning back is not an option. (I really am rushing off!) He just posted on social media 5 mins ago saying I refuse to give him free stuffs. A few things I want to point out is 1. You must be a friend to me if you want to see my help and i really see him as an acquaintance plus his last action just took his chance away to be a friend status 2. No one owe him a living 3. To impress chicks please dont ask for free stuffs 4. Asking for free stuffs needs to be at the right place, at the right time and the RIGHT REASON not because you are a customer Ok. I feel better now. Make Peace not war.
