It has always been my opinion that singing in a choir is good for the soul. It is a lovely social pastime and also helps one with their musical development ~ exercising skills in harmonization, sight reading, listening and vocal range. After many I have joined a choir again ~ enjoying weekly rehearsals tremendously. The spiritual and socially conscious group named Insha Allah will be performing a few times over the next few weeks in my hometown of Kitchener, Ontario. Grab a friend or neighbour and come on out to join us in song for the holiday season.
