It has arrived! A huge shout out to Tam and Murray from M & T Fabrications for constructing and installing our dummy on the weekend ready for the breeding season. A dummy (also called a phantom) is used for collecting semen from stallions to use for artificial insemination (AI) and is safer than using a jump mare. Now we just need to get some rubber up on the outside of the sand round yard and we have a safe teasing rail to stand the mare behind.
