It has become a pro mantra that because the McScum are no longer suspects, they must therefore be innocent. SYs view on the McCanns innocence is irrelevant because the crime was committed outside of their jurisdiction and despite whirling around the landscape trying to find a patsy to take the blame, they have of course failed miserably. It is to be noted however that Mr Deadwood did say that Madeleine may have died in the apartment and as no-one since Burke and Hare has been known to steal dead bodies, that is far from not suspecting the parents. It is a fact of course that the McCanns are no longer Arguidos. However the arguido status has a time limit which when reached must either result in charges or a release from that status. Given the support the McCanns have received it is of no surprise that charges were not brought. The final report of the chief prosecutor, much beloved of Mr Stammers, also in the body of that report fails to exonerate them. Goncalo Amaral is perhaps the main accuser of the couple and yet his allegations have not been disproved and indeed have a measure of support from 3 high court judges in that based on the evidence, those allegations are reasonable. Had Snr Amaral and his conclusions been discredited he would have been charged and convicted of libel. So, the fact remains that the McCanns have not been brought as yet to book due to insufficient evidence rather than anyone actually considering them to be innocent. When they lose the current damages trial as they are certain to do, it may be that when the reasons for their embarrassment are published, our own MSM might just grow a backbone and actually report the facts of the case. The McCanns are guilty and merely join the happy throng of those who have got away with it ..... so far.
