It has been a busy day and I just told my grandson Carlos I was heading to bed and here I am back in the office. While thinking on the work to be done for the Church Planters Forum my attention was shaken and a question came up in my spirit. I think most people agree that church planting is the most effective way to evangelize a community/City and the nation. At least that is what the latest research is saying. This is the question that came to me,What could happen if every church that is already planted spent one year with their main focus in every dept of their ministry being on evangelizing their community/ city? From the messages preached to the worship in music. In every classroom and every age from children to the oldest group in the church.To awaken their people and train them how to evangelize in the 21st Century. To see them regain the passion of their first love when they wanted everyone to meet the Savior. Out of that one year people would come to know Jesus, churches would fill with new growth instead of transplants that go from field to field and out of that new growth there would be men and women of God called to go out and plant new churches. Now I am really going to go get in my bed and have the sweet sleep of the Lord that comes when you know you are listening to His voice and He is listening to your silent desires!
