It has been a long 14 weeks of hard work and training. The past 12 weeks, in particular, have been extremely intense. 1.5 Hours of cardio every day (7 days a week). Weight training 6 days a week and havent skipped or missed a meal in all 14 weeks. Hitting macros and setting lifting and cardio PRs as I went along the way. I have not been alone on this journey. My wife, has been with me every step of the way, listening to me whine, helping me stay on the narrow path. My son, Brandon (https://facebook/BrandonLirioEliteAthlete), has provided support, guidance and encourage me to do my best all the while prepping for his own bodybuilding competition, bouncing ideas of each other, from posing routine, music, to training tips, you name it, it was discussed. Infinite Labs has allowed me to represent their brand and provided a full line of products that have help conditioned my body. They also have afforded me a great platform and community with the I am Juggernaut Facebook group, the true judgement free zone!!!! As I stand with the most conditioned physisque I have ever built, I couldnt have done it without the guidance from Joe Palumbo and the many others Infinite Labs Elite Athletes. Im so proud to be a member of team Juggernaut. In all, no matter the outcome, I want to express my gratitude and say thank you to all of you who have been with me thru this journey as I count the minutes till its time to step on the stage tomorrow at the NPC East Coast Cup.
