It has been a tough week for everyone across the nation, so in an attempt to lighten the mood, I have decided to highlight some of the best-dressed coaches in the PSL. Stuart Baxter (Kaizer Chiefs) There is something about Stu. It may have to do with his English accent accompanying his suit and tie, but Baxter always looks prim and proper be it on the sidelines or out in public. Roger De Sa (Ajax Cape Town) After going from the heavy black suits of Orlando Pirates, Roger De Sa is expressing his own fashion styles on the touchline and in the press room. From his fitted cotton and linen shirts, to his chino’s, Roger is definitely one of the ‘fashionistas’ in the league. Vladimir Vermezovic (Orlando Pirates) The Serbian coach is sticking true to his European fashion and is more often than not seen sporting suits wherever he goes. On the touchline he does tend to get more comfy, but elsewhere he generally looks dapper. Craig Rosslee Although his green tie may be rather questionable fashion statement, Rosslee is always seen in a shirt and jacket when on the sidelines. Maybe at his next club the colour of the tie will change. Ernst Middendorp (Bloemfontein Celtic) Like a true German, Middendorp rarely has a crease in his shirts or pants. He is forever dressed impeccably and is regarded as one of the smooth dressers in the league. Zeca Marques Famous for his jacket celebration, Marques is always dressed in a suit and tie. When his respective teams score goals, he can often be spotted ripping the jacket off and swinging it around. It’s definitely been aired a lot. Gordon Igesund (SuperSport United) Igesund is a mixture of fab and drab. When in camp with his boys, he is often seen lazing around in tracksuit and slops. He once walked into a gala dinner with socks and flip-flops a big no, no! But when present in front of the media, Igesund is known to suit it up, and quite well I might add. There you have it, some of the best- dressed coaches in the league.
