It has been a whirlwind for our family the last few weeks. Our house was finally finished but unfortunately the appraisal came in low. Greg and I decided we were not comfortable paying more than the house was worth and the builder would not lower his price (@$$). So after 4 months of building our dream home we have decided to walk away. Great news though, we found a house that we love! The owner accepted our offer this afternoon!! Keep your fingers crossed that the appraisal is good and there are no issues with the inspection! If all goes well we should be moving in a couple of weeks!!
