It has been almost one month since the end of Day light Savings time and adjusting to that shift in our schedules. Even though we may have gained an extra hour of sleep, many people still feel groggy according to Kelly Brown, MD from Vanderbilt Sleep Disorders Center. Brown recommends people not sleep in but to take a morning walk to get as much sun exposure possible.
