It has been awful. I pray everyday and every night, that God will send someone who is a good soul, not corrupt, who is familiar with the workers comp system & who will help me & many other IWs. Ive even contacted Pastor Rick Warren s office for help because I saw on FB that the Partner in the law firm had friended him and several other people who work at Saddleback Church. Mary & I have attended this church off and on since Mary moved to CA many years ago. The crimes against me are so many, so prolific and some are done so that when I describe them, I will sound off or crazy or mentally ill. The idea behind that, Im told, is to make it so unbelievable, that my credibility will be called into question and that will be used to reduce me emotionally. I have been meeting many friends in the injured worker arena who have given me advice and have directed me to websites and such to gain a perspective on what will likely continue for a very long time. I hope that a good Samaritan, who has the POWER to stand up against corporate & judicial corruption & legislators who are bought and paid for, takes a stand for all injured workers that are targeted so maliciously. I have been informed that the tactics used by the insurance carriers and their attorneys, particularly workers comp insurance carriers, are conducive of cartels and mafia. I had been intentionally maimed many times but I wasnt absolutely sure until the most harmful and most brutal crime of maiming and battery took place at a seemingly reputable surgery center, Coastline Surgery Center in Santa Ana, CA. I was brutally forced against my advance directives and against my screams & begging, under anesthesia via a needle held against the nerve in my back. I couldnt get off the table, I couldnt get him to stop, so I had once again, no choice but to give into anesthesia. I awakened maimed and injected with chemicals that burned much of my spinal column and other soft tissue all over my back, neck, shoulders, arms. See my other postings for more particulars. That and many other incidents, I have to say, are collectively conducive of hard core criminal activity. I was told by another injured worker, Your lucky they didnt to kill you on the table.! Im told that some injured workers are killed due to the cost of their workers comp claim. Spinal column & other back injuries are the most costly for insurance carriers and employers. Nothing is done at all, even though for many years, injured worker activists and advocates have been hammering out ideas, letters and phone calls to government officials & law enforcement, district attorneys, and more. Injured workers groups have websites up, videos on Youtube, they go to Divisions of WC community meetings, and more, but to no avail. Injured workers groups have talked for 10 plus years about getting a class action lawsuit together under the federal RICO laws. Yet, most of us are driven into poverty so there is no money to pay for big law firms or attorneys to help us.
