It has been brought to my attention that apparently Charter internet is down all across St. Louis and other major metropolitan areas. If youre having issues connecting to Charter Internet, you should be able to change your DNS settings on your PC to point to Googles DNS (8.8.8.8) and reconnect! I cannot tell each and every person how to do this as each computer and its settings are (obviously) different. But for those who are know what they are doing, this change worked for me and many others. Nothing on the news as of yet about this or why or how long the outage will last. ~Jester
