It has been confirmed that some Ghanaian fisher folk who dwell and fish on the borders of liberia have started returning home to Ghana with some showing symptoms of the EVD. Therefore the Ghana health service is calling on the General public to be on the red alert. Also, people are advised to stay away from public swimming pools and also get hand sanitisers which do not cost a lot. Use protective Gloves before touching or attending to sick persons. Also, due to the recent outbreak of cholera in the country, people are advised to be more careful and call for medical attention immediately since one cannot differentiate some of the symptoms of cholera or Ebola.
