It has been decided and we both feel really good about the decision too. After 20 yrs with his job Lance is taking the leap of faith and has put in his two week notice as of today. Hey is going to work for a dealership where he will start of making what he makes now but there is room to grow and be paid more which his current job would not do.There is very little turn over rate at the new job. Most people have been there 15 + yrs. It is a very family oriented job as well. The best part is he will get every weekend off. We have never had that. He has worked 6 days a week our entire relationship. This will give us a lot more family time. I am very proud of him. Anyone who knows Lance knows he doesnt like change and so making a decision to leave a job of 20 yrs is a huge deal for him. We both feel this is the best choice not just for his career but our family. I wish him great success and an easy transition.
