It has been fun to read the posts over the past couple weeks and reminisce over our high school years. Mike Anderson was a common name as I think there was a Mike Anderson in every grade. I was in the Jazz band and played trumpet with Richard Barnett. I have lost track of many of you as a result of living away from SLC for the past 25 years. I left slc in 1988 to pursue my dream of being a pilot, flying as a bush pilot in Barrow Alaska where I met my wife Angel. We have moved a number of times since then working for the airlines as a line pilot or in management in Anchorage, Seattle, Detroit, Minnesota, and now for the past 9 years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We have 5 children as you can see from the picture, this picture was taken in 2009 but it was the only one in my Facebook photos of the family. My oldest son is married, he and his wife attend BYU in Rexburg. My daughter is there also and my oldest daughter lives with us and we have the cutest granddaughter in the world. In fact if I knew how much fun grandkids where I would have skipped the children part..LOL.. My two youngest boys are bear cubs and keep our life interesting. We visit SLC as often as possible visiting my parents which live in the same house on Cecelia Circle just off Highland drive. I love the high school we attended and am amazed at the many opportunities we had.... Its been great connecting with you all again.. Mike a
