It has been several years since weve had college expenses. Sometimes it wasnt easy. We had Jacob at TCU and Katie at Tulane at the same time. I read today the cost of a higher education and the schools where you get the most for your money. Ranked in the top 10 schools was Brigham Young University. There was an notation under the article that the student could not smoke or drink and had to dress modest. Wow!! Sounds like a mothers dream to me.
