It has been sprinkling ever since we got out of church around 12;30 today. It was still sprinkling while I was driving home from the Laurels tonight (9:45). But, thank God, at least we are not receiving a bunch of snow as they are up north. I was able to visit with Bob Gabriel for quite a while this evening (I probably stayed in there a bit too long!). He is recovering from surgery and has been in the Laurels since (I believe) Friday evening. He really seems to be in a fairly optimistic mood considering what he has been through. I apologize to some of my FB friends, but I completely forgot to stop and check on Bela Kastely. I will try to get back down there very soon and stop in to check on him. I also stopped in and visited with Sheila Gillette and Cecil for quite a while. Sheila is doing and looking so much better and hopefully will be dismissed from down there in a couple of weeks. Nancy Hawk has been fighting some sort of flu bug so I didnt stay at her room for very long. Mostly just stood at the door and talked with her for about 5 mins. She said that she is feeling somewhat better. I also spent a little while visiting with Donna Baggs from Chauncey. She used to attend our church many years ago. Please remember Wiladene and her family in your prayers. Thank you.
