It has been two weeks since Kashmir was struck by devastating floods. The rescue operations are almost over and the relief operations are now underway. some truly inspirational pictures , the defining moments from these devastating floods. These pictures stand out for their sheer myth busting qualities. From a Sikh family taking shelter in a mosque to Sikhs, Muslims and Hindus cooking and eating together in a Gurdwara ; From local Kashmiri volunteers distributing relief material among soldiers stranded in their bunker to Army men rescuing a local woman from the floods. The final picture is of Anganwadi volunteers in Bihar making food packets for Kashmir flood victims. In the gloom and doom of #Kashmirfloods, these pictures provide the rainbow among the clouds. They provide hope.They are heartwarming, inspirational and life affirming.
