It has occurred to me that the level of work ethic has dramatically diminished over the years. Gone are the days that dependable and honest were traits that were natural for people to possess and be proud of. There is little or no integrity in the applicant pool these days. I have been a manager for many years. Managing all age groups from teens to 60s. Never has it been so incredibly difficult to find quality employees. So, I want to shout out to some of the best people I have ever had reporting to me. I am so proud to not only have had you as employees but also as friends. Hell, some of you were friends first and still understood that work was work and hanging out was hanging out. I owe a lot of my skills and abilities to you guys for helping me to be better at my job along the way. So, here it goes, I hope I dont leave anyone out.....
