On Tuesday, Emily had an echo , a bmp blood test requested by Cardiology and a consult with the pain team about weaning her Valium and clonadine. On Wednesday, Pulmonology requested a chest x-ray, Plastics consulted about her cleft palate repair and also about her flat head, Surgery decided to restart feeds at a rate of 5mls every 3hrs until they place a new G J tube on Monday. Today, Genetics consulted at the request of Plastics and ordered labs for Stickler Syndrome and a full body skeletal scan due to her restricted growth specifically her height and she was fitted for a helmet after being diagnosed with severe plagiocephaly. Now for the results Echo - GOOD BMP(Cardiac Function) - Borderline High (up from her discharge labs ) Chest Xray - Stable (shows chronic lung disease) Cleft Repair - Scheduled for March Helmet - Fitted today and helmet should arrive next week Genetics- Labs and scans PENDING Surgery - Scheduled 11/17 @9:30am
