It has taken me a few days to come to the realization that my mate has gone. I am stunned. Mike died from a blood clot which he got from a sprained ankle while playing tennis. Insane. How does this happen? It makes no sense. I am speechless. Mikey and I played Australian Football together with the Atlanta Kookaburras Australian Rules Football Club and also played tennis together often in Los Angeles. In Atlanta we were all like brothers. Also, we both played college tennis in Georgia. Mikey was a good bloke who will be dearly missed by many of his music fans and a stack of the Aussie blokes. I know Mike would want all his fans and Aussie mates to know how much they meant to him, that he loved his family, and that he was a great admirer of that champion Roger Federer. Mike, your in my prays mate and all your mates miss you already. Enjoy the journey of life people because it is a bloody short one. R.I.P ROCKSTAR.
