Do you believe that (as claimed) Smith could be sure the man he saw was Gerry McCann, over 4 months after the claimed sighting, based purely on the way he was carrying Sean? 5. Why did he take 11 days (9th to 20th September) to report his new belief? 6. Why did he later change his mind and support the abdcution theory and co-operate with the McCann Team? 7. Did he and his family really draw up those two different e-fits based on seeing a bloke in the dark for a few seconds a whole year previously - when they all said theyd never be able to identify him if they saw him again? 8. Why did the McCanns make use of Smithman in the Channel 4/Mentorn Media documentary, May 2009? 9. Why did they immediately after the Channel 4 doc put Smithman prominently on their website? - and have kept him there prominently ever since? 10. Why did Kate McCann mention Smithman on SIX pages of her book, madeleine, including a detailed, blow-by-blow account of the striking similarities between Tannerman and Smithman? 11. Why were the Smithman e-fits suppressed for over 5 years from when they were created (April 2008 to October 2013)? 12. Why have the Smiths co-operated with the BBC and Crimewatch in presenting a skewed reconstruction of what is claimed to be Madeleines abduction? (he has had two interviews with DCI Redwood, one in 2012, one in 2013) 13. Why would Gerry McCann rsj walking his dead child across the streets of Praia da Luz for half a mile or more? 14. What other evidence apart from the Smithman sighting is there that Gerry McCann carried his dead child across Praia da Luz that night? 15. Why did no-one else see him, either carrying Madeleine towards the beach, or hurrying back to the Ocena Club? 16. What do yopu say Gerry McCann did with Madeleines body that night?
