It hasnt even been 24 hours and 6,000 people have viewed the video from yesterday, of Susan being removed from the vent. By the way, when did Facebook begin showing # of views? Anyway, Im flying SO high this morning. The sound of Susans voice still rings in my ears. Can you imagine, hearing your baby cry for the first time in 11 weeks? This has been the most amazing journey I have ever been on in my entire life. God has given Angela and I a huge challenge, followed by an incredible miracle. We are tested every day but our faith has never been tested. Weve stood upon our belief that God has this all in His hands. Sure we get scared and worried. Were human. Especially the times when the NICU calls to tell us Susan has coded. If you dont know what the term coded means, Google it..... and then understand that has happened to Susan on more than one occasion. Short version: She had to be resuscitated by a medical team. So excuse me when I dont get excited as much about money, bills and other nonsense. Dont get me wrong, I still LOVE the entrepreneurial journey more than ever. Its just now, all of that stuff has its place in my life. Honestly, Ive earned more money since Baby Susan was born, than any previous 11 week period of 2014. Isnt that crazy? No way that happens if I had a job. Matter of fact, I would have earned much less if I had a job because I would have taken a leave of absence. With alot more stress in my life. Thank you God! So as I wake up and greet another day as a father of four, I feel a large sense of responsibility to my family, friends and to God Himself. He has chosen me as the one to bring a message of hope and inspiration to those who really need it. Actually, He chose me in 2006 when I launched Every Day is Saturday:) But this is bigger. Much bigger. God has turned my personal mess of 40+ years into a powerful message. And He can do it for you, too. In a world of Ebola, ISIS, nasty politics and greed - God has a special plan for you, if you can just be still enough to hear and then take action. Keyword: ACTION. If a messed up, ex-corporate drone like myself can follow this path - trust me when I tell you - YOU can be something special in this world. If you think it would take a miracle for that to happen.
