It hurts really bad to lose an animal you care so dearly for. Well yesterday i lost my dear friend duncan. When you form a bond thats so strong with your pet they become more than just an animal, they become a friend, and they are part of your family. Sometimes I forget that animals cant talk back... well not in our language. Its funny though how we talk to our pets as if they are going to talk back (I will be the first to admit it lol) there are many times I would sit there and think if my dog duncan could talk what type of voice would he have. Well in my mind he would have had a voice kinda like eeyor from winnie the pooh. The one thing I truly hate is the fact that we have very little time with our pets but I know that in the short time we have with our furry friends its the best years ever. I just want to say RIP Duncan we will miss you dearly. I enjoyed the days I would come home to mom and dads from a hard day at work and you would walk on over to me plump yourself down look at me and tilt your head and I knew that look ment hi, you look upset. I know if you pet me you will feel better. Heck if you give me a treat you will feel better and that would make me happy!! And then you would rest your head on my knee until I got up to get you a biscuit. I love you duncan and I will cherish the time we had together. May you have all the biscuits you can eat my friend and all the flies you can chase (yes he hated those little bastards so much if he seen them on his level he would chase them and eat them lol) good bye old friend.
