It is 9:45pm on Sunday June 9 in Tangaytay, Phillipines. My last day at the childrens home. I shared my last devotional with them about how God used Moses to liberate two million people when they cried out to God. I said to the children that when they cried out to God he brought them here to know about his love and care for them as his children. As I finished my devotional I prayed for all children and I could not contain my tears as I could not finish my prayer. As I open my eyes all the children were crying along with all the staff. I was so moved by these little angels because showed me his unconditional love through the lives of this wonderful angels. As I was written this message a young voy of 12 years came and knock on my door and gave me a note that says. thank you for visiting us, thank you for all the gifts you brought us but especially thank you for loving me and loving us i will never forget you and I will pray for your family and for you to come back. He also wrote a few bible verses but one that touched my heart is blessed are the pure in hear for they will see God. All of these wonderful children are pure in heart as they have so much love of God in their hearts. i had to stop for a moment and stop because I could not contain my tears. This boy has had such a hard life at age 12 but today something especial happen. I placed my arm around him as we went to the Zoo and he corresponded with my touch and reaching out to him. It almost felt as God allowed me to be a father for an instant to this child and he was moved in such a way that I saw a big smile on his face all the way back to the home. It is hard to explain the Joy and happiness I feel in my heart as I get ready to leave the home. I know for sure that I was able to be Jesus arms, Jesus feet, I can say that God is making me an Instrument of his love for all this wonderful children. Thank you Lord for allowing me to be part of the lives of this wonderful children.
