It is Friday.....no rain, the weekend around the corner (also supposed to be nice) and already at 8:30 am, I have dealt with two very crabby people. Why do so many people have to be so nasty? I just had a lady yell at me and then hang up on me because I said I could not take her kids photos. (Based on her behavior I probably made the right choice there...LOL) The lady before that hung up on me because I couldnt give out information about her appraisal over the phone. When I explained to her that legally I cannot give out that information (first, legally I cannot and second, I have no way of verifying who I am even talking to) and I suggested she call the bank. She called me several names, cursing like a sailor and hung up. Really???? Dont think I want to answer the phone anymore today!
