It is International Womens Day tomorrow and so I want to know who your fabulous female inspirations are!! Here are a few of mine...in no particular order... Karen Brady, Jo Malone and Jacqueline Gold - For being the boss. Katie Piper - For having something so callous happen to her but turn it around into something hugely positive and helping others do the same. Kate Middleton: For being the ultimate English Rose. Lizzie Velasquez - What she can teach us about the price of vanity and the importance of self confidence is infinite. Malala Yousafzai - If only our world leaders had the same conviction. Game changer at 16 years old. JK Rowling: I could write my own 7 book series as to how I am grateful for her letting us into her imagination. Princess Diana: For always being exactly who she wanted to be. And for a few closer to home... Harriet Lauren Derbyshire - My favourite world wanderer who smiles graciously and forever bravely at convention with a no thank you. Jean Rimmer - For kicking cancers arse. Hannah Metcalfe - For being the most passionately dedicated person in teaching our future generation and forever standing loyal to to teachings of Helen Keller. Caroline Metcalfe: Who always puts her family first, who has raised 3 (pretty awesome kids) and yet rocks a serious six pack. Your turn.
