It is NOT our responsibility to be the saviors, police, protectors and wet nurses to the world. Im sorry... we need to stand UP and said NO!! Most nations hate us, criticize us and slam us.... but they all beat on our door for $$$ and assistance when it behooves them. Thats NOT how life works for me or most folks I know. The White House announcement followed weeks of criticism from aid groups and African governments for the lack of an adequate response by the U.S. to the Ebola epidemic.... Lack of an adequate response ??? Take a long walk off a short pier... IF our officials want to address the epidemic they should do so FIRST HAND.... Ship each and every single elected official over. Theyd be JUST as qualified as our Troops for dealing w/ the outbreak. Shame on them for sending our TROOPS......
