It is UN-Constitutional for America to default on her debt! RE: 14th Amendment Section 4 reads as follows : The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion , shall NOT be questioned. ... [that means even a Congressional stand off aka rebellion or insurrection can not detain the obligation to those who own our debt] ... But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States ... [i.e. Syrian Rebels aka: Muslim Brotherhood aka : Al Qaeda] ... or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations, and claims shall be held illegal and void. ... [this I believe was meaning no bail outs ... Do you hear that Detroit!] If the House will stick to their guns and the Senate continues to refuse funding bills and obama refuses to pay Americas debt then obama has just once again violated his oath to the Constitution and HE KNOWS IT !!!!! obama literally can not stand between America paying the interest on her debt to China etc. ... Its without question that our debts will be paid or he is enacting an impeachable offense. Now ... creating new debt can be stopped but payments on existing debt is absolutely secured by our Constitution. I say hold firm and see just how brazen this Dictator is. Will he stand between the Constitution and our existing debt collectors like hes stood between WWII Veterans and their WWII Memorial ? Fine ! Then we impeach him! OR he honors the Constitution , existing debts get paid and WE the American People save a HEEP of money by not funding any NEW debt! Its a win win :)
