Mistakes are opportunities to become aware of understanding and information one may need and become opportunities in seeking to implement ideas and understanding that bring about the goals one desires. Becoming a conscious parent and desiring to become conscious of underlying causes of ones feelings and or reactions when we apply talking to the inside of ourselves rather than beating oneself up progress begins to unfold. When we desire to change and find need to or desire to handle situations differently when we ask ourselves one simple question What is going on in the inside? Because it is what is going on in the inside that needs to be spoke to so to speak. So over the next week in any subsequent struggle or pending disaster take a moment and ask yourself what is going on inside? Feelings are neither right or wrong and can become indicators personally of underlying or unresolved feelings and emotions. When we learn to talk about our feelings whether with a friend or God it opens opportunity to explore deeper. I was told years ago in trying to deal with specific things in my unintended journey you dont depend on feelings. At that time in my life that was all I had to tell me something was wrong, something wasnt right. When God speaks to people He speaks to their heart it is in recognizing His voice whether through a person, a sermon, a book, a song etc. that establishing the relationship He has desired from the beginning begins to blossom. People who felt alone no longer do. People who felt no one understands begin to understand God does. People who dont have a teacher and were and or aseeking answers begin to recognize the Holy Spirit leading and revealing. I was talking with a friend last night and told her in my search I have come across a lot of books and material that aid and help me and understand it will also aid and help others. I told her God often uses books to whisper things into a persons heart and or understanding needed etc. and then there are books I say God has my attention. When God has my attention those specific books become opportunity for Him to draw even closer as authors share their wounding and victories that were similar to mine and they become opportunity for God to reaffirm my value in Him to Him. When we reason verb 1. think, understand, and form judgments by a process of logic. humans do not reason entirely from facts synonyms: think rationally, think logically, use ones common sense, use ones head/brain; And understand ones soul consists of ones intellect (the faculty of reasoning and understanding objectively, especially with regard to abstract or academic matters) and emotions 1. A mental state that arises spontaneously rather than through conscious effort and is often accompanied by physiological changes; a feeling: the emotions of joy, sorrow, and anger. when it is well with ones soul it would stand to reason the clear understanding brings about peace that the absence of understanding does not accomplish. So in the presence of struggle we seek what understanding or wrong thinking have we accepted that is the true cause of unrest or absence of peace. Sent from my iPad
