It is a beautiful morning in the City-of-Refuge-in-waiting known as Texarkana, USA! Shabbat looks marvelous on our little village! This is the Shabbat of parsha Emor - the parsha of prophetic empowerment. The Creator of the Universe is speaking words of prophetic empowerment over all men, women, and children who will set aside their own agendas long enough to shma. He is now ready to bring the Great Kedusha [Holiness is . . .] Discourse of Sinai to a climactic conclusion. This is the week of the mark of the high calling. We will open up the main hall of gatherings at Regions for fellowship around 10:00 am. Come and spend a little time marveling with us at the Holy Ones Great and Marvelous Works and Holy and Wonderful Torah. There will be plenty of coffee and more than likely something sweet to eat. But our greatest delight will be in Him, in His Sabbath, and in His Words of Life!
