It is a blessing to be among the living on a day when we recall with gratitude those who have given their lives for freedom. The way to most honor those who have died, however, is not just thru posting rhetoric, wearing a ribbon or forwarding a hackneyed picture with sentiment. We honor our fallen comrades by living well, embracing our freedom, and waking up to the slow creeping fascism that seems to be infringing upon basic freedoms more and more every year. Be an informed and active participant in our government. Use your freedom, dont waste it! This is what it means to truly honor those who have died in your stead.
