It is a blessing to own your own home. There are blessings also to be had from renting, but there is one thing we should all be careful about. It is who we allow into our homes. During this day & time it is important for us to listen to the Lords voice within us (sometimes it comes as a gut feeling). We should rely upon Gods security & protection. But what about our minds? That is where each of us has a home. Do we ever consider what & who we allow to invade out thoughts? It is in the mind where our major battles in life are fought. The enemy seeks to enter our spirits & lives through what we allow into our thought life. Just as we would not allow certain things to go on around of our children, we cannot allow certain thoughts the privilege to infect our minds. Our thoughts influence our actions. This is too important for us to overlook. Not only does our thoughts influence our lives, but they will have an impact upon the lives of our children. Whatsoever things are true, pure, beautiful, & worthy of our consideration...think upon these things. God declares us Blessed when we do.
